To provide and document direct behavior support to assigned student(s) by implementing the behavior treatment plan, behavior intervention plan and behavior crisis plan.
Job Description:
Implement evidenced based ABA treatment programs specifically designed for students with identified special needs
Participate, as a team member, to maintain a safe and respectful environment for the student
Ensure integrity of program implementation by following the behavior support plan, collecting accurate data and providing daily documentation
Attend mandatory trainings
Provide ongoing and accurate feedback to the Behavioral Supervisor
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Child Development, Special Education, Psychology or a related field is preferred for Behavior Intervention positions
Prior experience working with children with special needs
Previous work experience with provision of ABA, positive behavior supports and crisis intervention for students with emotional disabilities in the school setting is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is an asset

Clinical Supervisor
Basic Function
Responsible for a). management, coordination and direct supervision of a team of case managers (BID) b). Intake, evaluation and assignment of new cases to the BID team, c) provision of program support for any Case Manager (BID) and Behavior Interventionist (BI) within the assigned team, d). design, coordinate and implement the agency's staff development and training program for BID and BIs
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Conduct and manage all required case management task for assigned caseload
Meet with management team on a scheduled basis
Perform scheduling duties with Admin for your team
Conduct new hire interviews and complete the onboarding process
Directly supervise and provide ongoing support to BIDs.
Directly observe BIDs in the field and provide documented support
Ensure that BIDs collect daily data from BIs, using company portal and data tracking system.
Ensure BIDs prepares and uploads a monthly summary of data and graph for each client
Provide attendance support at IEP for BIDs, as needed
Provide ongoing documented training, support, and mentorship to BIDs
Review ABA based program, modifications and field observation reports.
Ensure BIDs updates all BI program
Review BIDs notes weekly and provide feedback
Conduct ongoing documented quality assurance checks and audits for clients
Ensure BIDs stay in compliance with company clinical standards and procedures.
Ensure BIDs meet all required deadlines
Meet with Regional Director on a regular basis
Maintain ongoing communication with Administrative Staff and Directors
Provide professional training for BIDs
Review and approve all written reports within deadlines for BIDs
Perform staff evaluations and disciplinary action for BIDs and BIs in conjunction with the management team
Perform CPI training to BID and BI staff, as needed
Other duties as assigned
Clinical Supervisor Position Requirements
Master’s degree with emphasis in ABA, education, psychology, child development, or related field
BCBA certification preferred (verification of completion of BCBA Coursework and fieldwork Pending certification accepted)
Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA preferable in a school setting
Minimum 2 years of experience in case management desired (supervisory role preferred)
Work Hours and Location
Full Time, Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays), Regularly work 40+ hours per week, minimum 22 billable hours per week.

Hours of operations are from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (typical work schedule 8:00 am – 4:30 pm and occasional 10 hour work days, Phone on 7:00am-7:00 pm)
